The offer includes the following factions:

Feed material (calcium carbonate) produced by EGM S.A. is characterized by a high content of the active ingredient – calcium in the form of calcium carbonate (97.5% on average) and its good bioavailability, with a low proportion of other ingredients, (e.g. silica). For several years, in the programme GMP + B2, We have tested our products for undesirable substances in feed such as arsenic, cadmium, lead, quicksilver, fluorine and dioxins. The test results indicate very low levels of these substances (in only small trace amounts). The contents of these elements were analyzed already at the stage of geological documentation, before the start of exploitation of the deposit.

No fuel oil is used for the drying of the rock raw material – only natural gas. This choice – in accordance with the recommendation of the Chief Veterinary Officer – has been undertaken to eliminate the risk of contamination of the feed material with dioxins or other petroleum derivatives undesirable in feed.

In 2016 EGM S.A. certified the feed safety management system GMP+B2 “Production of calcium carbonate as a feed material” to more effectively meet the expectations of our customers and to ensure a safe product of high quality.

The offered feed material, of various granulation, is produced in an ecological way, without technological additives, and is characterized by a stable chemical and granulometric composition.
